Reasonable Pricing

We skip unnecessary testing (like IQ tests) that research shows is unrelated to ADHD or Autism Level 1 diagnosis. This allows us to offer $790 vs. the $3,500+ others charge.

Composite Case Study

Sarah, 22 — Marketing Manager, Fairfield County

Sarah was bright, but in her first job she was overwhelmed by the open desk environment and social demands of the workplace. She struggled with deadlines, made simple mistakes, and had intense emotional reactions to minor feedback. Her self-esteem was plummeting.

She scheduled a virtual evaluation with the Sachs Center from her apartment in Fairfield County. During a comfortable video call with her psychologist, she was diagnosed with AuDHD. The diagnosis was life-changing — helping her reframe years of self-blame.

She began online therapy to manage emotional dysregulation, developed executive functioning skills, and used her diagnostic letter to obtain work-from-home accommodations. She's now building confidence and showing her true capabilities at work — all without ever leaving Fairfield County for an office visit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about virtual testing

Is online testing as accurate as in-person testing?

Yes. Telehealth diagnostic testing conducted by our licensed psychologists is just as accurate as in-person testing. We conduct evaluations via Zoom or Google Meet using evidence-based self-report tests and comprehensive clinical interviews. This is different from simple online quizzes, which are not diagnostic tools.

Just a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, plus a stable internet connection. You’ll receive a link to join the secure video call before your appointment. Find a quiet, private space in your home — that’s it.

Yes! With our Diagnostic Testing option, you’ll receive your diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and a formal diagnostic letter during your video session. The letter is emailed to you immediately after the appointment.

Absolutely. Our psychologists are experts in working with high-masking adults, especially women and BIPOC adults who may mask to a greater extent. We exclusively work with neurodivergent populations, giving us deep expertise in identifying conditions that others miss.

The 2-hour Diagnostic Testing focuses specifically on Autism and/or ADHD diagnosis, screens for anxiety and depression, and provides same-day results with a diagnostic letter. You can add a 5-page report for $400 for accommodations. The 8-hour neuropsychological evaluation is more comprehensive, including cognitive, academic, and memory testing — typically only required for standardized test accommodations (SAT, LSAT, MCAT).

Other providers still perform full neuropsychological evaluations that include IQ testing, memory assessments, and academic testing — none of which are needed for an ADHD or Autism Level 1 diagnosis in adults. By focusing on what’s clinically necessary, we deliver accurate diagnoses at a fraction of the cost.

Yes! After your virtual assessment, you’ll receive a diagnosis letter that can be used to obtain workplace accommodations. Our Diagnostic Testing includes workplace accommodation support and provides all the documentation you need.

While not required, it can be helpful to have partners, family, or friends provide input through questionnaires. This additional perspective can paint a more complete picture, especially since adults with Autism or ADHD often learn to mask symptoms over time. Your psychologist will advise whether this would be beneficial for your situation.
