ASRS v1.1 Screener
Based on the WHO Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale. Screens for inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity symptoms in adults.
AQ-10 Screener
Based on the Autism Spectrum Quotient-10 developed by the Autism Research Centre, Cambridge. A quick screen for autistic traits.
ASRS + AQ-10
Combines the ADHD and Autism screeners into one assessment. Identifies co-occurring ADHD and autistic traits with a dual profile.
Attention & Processing Style
Based on Garau et al. (2023). Explores monotropic attention patterns such as deep focus, flow states, and sensory processing differences.
ADHD Quality of Life
Adult ADHD Quality of Life Scale by Brod et al. (2006). Measures how ADHD impacts life productivity, psychological health, and relationships.
Adult ADHD Observer Rating
Kessler et al. (2005). An 18-item observer version of the ASRS v1.1, completed by a parent, partner, or close friend who has known the person for at least 6 months.
Parent and teacher rating scales for children and teenagers. Answer as the adult who knows the child best, then bring the result to a clinician if the score comes back elevated.

Adapted from the Vanderbilt ADHD Diagnostic Parent Rating Scale. Helps parents identify ADHD signs in children and adolescents.
Autism Spectrum Quotient (Teen)
Allison, Auyeung & Baron-Cohen (2012). A 10-item parent-report screening for autistic traits in teenagers aged 12 to 15.
Autism Spectrum Screening
Ehlers, Gillberg & Wing (1999). A 27-item parent or teacher screening for Asperger syndrome and high-functioning ASD in children aged 6 to 17.
Strengths & Difficulties
Goodman (1997). A 25-item behavioral screening questionnaire covering emotional, conduct, hyperactivity, peer, and prosocial domains for children 4 to 17.
Pediatric Symptom Checklist
Jellinek & Murphy (1999). A 35-item psychosocial screening tool for children 4 to 16 covering attention, internalizing, and externalizing problems.
Screeners for emotional regulation, mood, and identity. These areas often overlap with ADHD and autism, so they are worth checking alongside the tests above.
Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria
Adapted from Dr. William Dodson's work on RSD in ADHD. Measures emotional intensity, rejection sensitivity, and avoidance patterns.
Depression, Anxiety & Stress
The Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21 by Lovibond & Lovibond. Measures three related emotional states with clinical severity bands.
AIS
Based on Yule, Brotto & Gorzalka (2015). A validated measure exploring sexual attraction patterns across multiple dimensions.
