What is WURS-25?

The Wender Utah Rating Scale–25 asks adults to recall childhood experiences associated with ADHD. It is retrospective self-report, not a current-symptom assessment, and memories can be incomplete or affected by later experience.

How the questionnaire and score work

Answer 25 childhood-behavior questions using the five choices from Not at all or very slightly to Very much. Responses scored 0–4 produce a 0–100 raw total. You receive a concise on-screen score and explanation without an email gate.

Is 46 an ADHD diagnosis?

No. 46 is a threshold from the original research, and its performance varies by sample. It is not a universal diagnostic cutoff; below-threshold results do not exclude ADHD. Current symptoms, impairment, other explanations, and corroborating history still matter. Research on WURS-25 is not independent validation of this web implementation.
