What does this combined AuDHD quiz explore?
AuDHD is an informal term for co-occurring autism and ADHD. This 16-question experience combines six ADHD-related questions with ten AQ-10 autistic-trait statements. It gives separate summaries; combining tools does not establish that someone has both conditions or validate a new AuDHD diagnostic test.
How to answer the two parts
The ADHD questions use Never through Very Often; the AQ-10 uses four agreement choices. The ASRS source asks about the past six months. Follow each part's instructions, complete all 16 questions, and review your answers. The quiz usually takes about 3 minutes and does not require email for the on-screen results.
Understanding the current score summaries
The current ADHD display is a continuous 0–24 sum; the AQ-10 display is 0–10. The ADHD sum follows the alternative ASRS-v1.1 0–24 method described in Harvard’s February 2024 scoring update, with 14 or more as a screening threshold. It is distinct from the original 0–6 shaded-box method, and neither is a diagnosis. Combining this with AQ-10 does not validate a new AuDHD diagnostic test. These scores cannot confirm or exclude ADHD, autism, or co-occurrence. A comprehensive assessment considers development, daily functioning, context, and alternative explanations.
Considering an evaluation for both ADHD and autism?
If attention, sensory, social, or everyday difficulties leave you with questions, a clinical evaluation can explore your history and concerns about both conditions. Your quiz scores do not confirm or rule out either condition and do not determine whether you need an evaluation.
Combined evaluation + diagnostic letter: $890. The letter is provided if a diagnosis is given. Evaluation + eight-page report + personal NeuroMap: $1,290. Both options include the same evaluation and discussion of findings.
