What is the RAADS-R?
The Ritvo Autism Asperger Diagnostic Scale–Revised is an 80-item adult questionnaire covering social relatedness, language, sensory and motor experiences, and focused interests. It was developed for clinician-supported assessment, not as a stand-alone online diagnostic test.
How to complete it and how scoring works
Use the four choices to describe whether each statement was true now, before age 16, both, or never. Complete all 80 items. Responses are direction-keyed, including normative reverse-scored items, for a total from 0 to 240. You receive a concise raw score and short explanation, not a diagnostic report.
What does a RAADS-R score of 65 mean?
65 is a threshold from the original study, not proof of autism, a probability, or a universal decision rule. Later findings vary by population and setting. Scores below the threshold do not exclude autism; scores above it need broader clinical context. Evidence for the source instrument does not independently validate this website.
