What does neurodiversity mean?

Neurodiversity describes variation in how people think, learn, attend and experience the world. It is not a single medical diagnosis. A short quiz cannot determine whether you have a particular condition or define your identity.

What this 17-question quiz explores

The existing quiz explores attention and ADHD-related experiences, autistic traits and rejection sensitivity. It is an educational reflection tool, not an official ASRS, AQ or RSD diagnostic instrument. The topics can overlap with stress, sleep difficulties, anxiety and other experiences.

How to complete the quiz

Read all 17 questions and select the best-fitting response from the choices shown for each question. Response wording differs by question; follow any instructions given in the quiz. This homepage opens the existing separate app without recreating its questions or scoring.

What a result can and cannot mean

A result summarizes selected responses; it is not a diagnosis, clinical probability, percentile or proof of ADHD, autism or RSD. It cannot determine the cause of difficulties. Discuss persistent concerns affecting daily life with a qualified professional. The separate app’s current report and email features have not been fully verified here, so no downloadable report or email delivery is promised.

Rejection sensitivity and related questionnaires

RSD is a term for intense emotional pain around perceived rejection or criticism. It is not a standalone DSM-5 diagnosis and is not exclusive to ADHD. The separate 47-item Monotropism Questionnaire explores attention style; it is not part of this 17-question quiz and has no validated diagnostic cutoff.
