Sachs Center provides neuropsychological evaluation services, including but not limited to ADHD and Autism diagnostic testing, conducted via telehealth. All services are provided by licensed psychologists and are intended for informational and diagnostic purposes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently. Minors may receive services with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund. All refunds are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee and take 7–10 business days to process. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of fees paid.
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and select payment methods. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
By using our services, you consent to receiving healthcare services via telehealth technologies including video conferencing. You understand that telehealth involves electronic communication of personal medical information. You may turn off your camera or use a phone for evaluations if more comfortable.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sachs Center and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Sachs Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
