Only takes 2 minutes. Not a diagnosis — just a helpful starting point.

Dr. George Sachs developed the SASDI—Sachs Autism Spectrum Diagnostic Inventory—a proprietary, research-informed assessment focused on high-masking autism.
Our evaluation is one comprehensive session. We don’t require three separate weekly sessions with long waits in between. Our optional diagnostic reports arrive the next day, not weeks later.
Choose an ADHD, autism, or combined evaluation for children, teens, and adults. Get clarity about overlapping traits and the support that fits your needs. AuDHD evaluations since 2015.
As a private-pay practice, we don’t send your information to an insurance company for billing. If you seek reimbursement, you choose whether to share your data and diagnosis.
ADHD & Autism Testing
Step 1 of 5
Booking is simple: choose ADHD testing, autism testing, or both, and select whether you need a six-page clinical report. Then pick an appointment time and pay online.

Step 2 of 5
Before your session, you'll complete a brief set of forms so your psychologist can hit the ground running — your history, symptoms, and goals. You'll also complete standardized rating scales sent to you to give your psychologist a multi-perspective view of your experiences.

Step 3 of 5
A focused, 2–2.5-hour clinical interview with your clinical psychologist via secure telehealth. It’s natural to feel anxious, and you don’t need to hide it. Stimming, fidgeting, and breaks are welcome. We accommodate different communication styles and processing speeds, with the interview completed in one session rather than spread across multiple visits.

Step 4 of 5
Discuss your findings and next steps with your psychologist, with time to process a diagnosis if one is given. Your diagnostic letter is provided immediately at the conclusion of the evaluation, if a diagnosis is given. If you purchased the optional 6-page clinical report, it is sent the next day.

Step 5 of 5
We don’t hand you a report and disappear. Every client receives a resource roadmap with a clear, personalized action plan, including referrals for therapy, group coaching, or medication management. If you need further documentation or guidance for university or workplace accommodations, we offer additional support through that process.

A client’s experience
“The detailed report was very neuro affirming and thorough, it never implied that my brain differences were somehow a defect or something that needed to be fixed. I really appreciated the neuro affirming and respectful language.”
ADHD & Autism Testing
Clarity for your child. Guidance for what comes next.

We evaluate ADHD, autism, and AuDHD in children and teens—including young people whose strengths or masking can make their needs harder to recognize. Your psychologist considers developmental history, everyday functioning, and information from parents or caregivers to help explain your child’s experiences and discuss next steps.

Practice-wide reviews from Sachs Center clients across the locations we serve.
The evaluation was extremely thorough. They took into account my detailed life history, gave me multiple online tests, and then a 2 hour interview on zoom. It was all done online. And the price is much more affordable than in person evaluations. The psychologist who evaluated me, Faith Sproul, was very neuro affirming, respectful, kind, patient, gentle, and very professional. Never was I made to feel as though my ASD 1 diagnosis meant there was something wrong or deficient. I was really impressed with the speed with which I received my diagnosis letter and complete report! Both were very complete, detailed, and comprehensive. Thank you.
I'm 51, with both ASD and ADHD. I've struggled throughout my entire life by creating fictions of who I am at any moment. I've felt like an astronaut abandoned on a distant planet most of that time.
After this experience, I finally feel validated and I'm on the path to accept myself. So, I can't recommend this experience enough for anyone seeking to understand their own life, how they've processed and navigated it, and how to finally move on. Sachs Center's approach feels straightforward and honest but not hurried in a world of never ending rubber stamped, cash cow services.
My particular experience with Dr. Page was fantastic. The prompt responses, appointment reminders and overall ease of the intake process were surprisingly fast. I was already communicating prior to my assessment with a human and not a series of bots or sterile psych processes. Dr. Page was immediately warm and open throughout my assessment. His understanding of nuance, his neuroaffirming perspectives and his obvious expertise weren't just affirming but were relieving for me.
Again, I highly recommend the Sachs Center. No matter your age, finally answering that question you've hidden for decades is life altering.
I was impressed by the prompt communication, how neuro affirming Sachs Center is, how thorough the evaluation is, and it's convenient because I didn't have to leave my home. I was very impressed by how quickly I got my diagnosis letter, and my detailed report. The detailed report was very neuro affirming, it never implied that my brain differences were somehow a defect or something that needed to be fixed. I really appreciated the neuro affirming and respectful language. Sachs Center is very aware of high masking women and adults. Thank you.
My Autism assessment was a great experience. The Psychologist assigned to me was very knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. The format worked very well, and the assessment is thorough and low stress. The optional extra report was very thorough and worth it. I highly recommend the Sachs Center.
This was an excellent experience. If you need testing only and are looking for experienced doctors, this is the place. Testing was affordable (especially compared to full 8-hour assessments), fast (same-day results instead of waiting weeks), and my doctor had 20 years of experience. She was neuroaffirming, up to date on recent research, and genuinely empathetic. I got exactly what I needed and felt supported throughout.
I appreciate Dr. Sach's work in the field of AuDHD, and I'll be recommending the center to others in my life. Thank you for giving people the tools to understand themselves better and navigate the world around them.
My only feedback concerns the volume of emails. I booked an appointment just a few days out and received about 8 emails—too many, I think. With ADHD, I lose track of details after about two. ;)
The zoom evaluation was convenient, not too lengthy and to the point. They gave us the questionnaires to make out beforehand which was helpful. Dr Krauss was professional, very positive and thoughtful. At the end of the evaluation he confirmed my daughter is ADHD negative even though she has some elements of it but not enough to diagnosed as an ADHD. He encouraged and gave her some advices on how to improve those elements. He didn't push her for therapy but did say just email him anytime needed. In general were were comfortable with his session. The cost is reasonable enough since it only focuses on ADHD and Autism with options of getting the official report if positive or needed. We are satisfied with Sachs Center.
I paid for a dual assessment of Autism and ADHD with a report recommending accomadations for school and work. I got my diagnosis and was clearly explained what types and how it affects my life. Autism is a spectrum, and I was able to see exactly where I am in the spectrum.
I had a great experience with the Satchis Center. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and I walked away with a better understanding of myself. Overall, it was a very positive and helpful experience. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The process was thorough and the person whoa assessed me was kind, gave me my diagnosis, and provided resources.
This experience changed my entire life! Women who are in their 40s were not diagnosed with ADHD or Autism. The booking was easy. I cannot thank Sachs Center enough
Warm and patient provider. Faith went in-depth about my results and how my autistic profile is like with strengths and weaknesses. I appreciate her. Overall good experience. Only lucky part was that my provider experienced poor bandwidth at one point so the video quality was bad for a little while. Could still hear her talk though.
It’s not an easy thing to be 46 years old and to realize that you are autistic and you need affirmation, but Sacs Center made it that way. Women who were born in the 80s were looked over. It’s great to know we have options
