Welcome

Meet Jane Milrod

ADHD Coach & Executive Function Specialist

Personalized coaching to help you build structure, strengthen focus, and bridge the gap between intention and action.

For years, I held off on offering executive functioning coaching because I hadn't found a coach who truly got ADHD. Jane changed that. Her deep understanding of ADHD, combined with her ability to connect with college and graduate students, makes her exceptional. She helps them find their drive and push through the toughest stretches of their academic journey. She's the coach I'd been looking for.

About Jane

Sana's ideal clients are those who have tried therapy, medication, or other routes but still feel like something's missing. They're searching for real, lasting relief and a provider who listens deeply, understands their unique story, and offers compassionate, evidence-based care that goes beyond a prescription pad.

My practice serves students and adults at every stage of life, with a particular focus on intellectually capable individuals who struggle with ADHD and executive function challenges. I work with high school students, college undergraduates, and graduate students, as well as adults navigating career, workplace, job search, and relationship difficulties.

I specialize in supporting individuals with coexisting conditions including learning differences, procrastination, anxiety, OCD, depression, ASD, and Tourette Syndrome. I assist students, parents, and adults with educational and workplace disability advocacy.
